  • Managing computer systems, servers, networks, and software.
  • Providing technical support to staff.
  • Maintaining and updating software and systems to ensure efficiency.
  • Protecting data and implementing cybersecurity measures.
  • Managing databases and information systems used by the organization.
  • Developing and implementing new technology solutions to improve productivity.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Training staff on the use of IT systems and digital tools
